Tailored intervention plan

From insight to action - focused, measurable and appropriate to your organizational context.

Insights without action are like maps without a compass. Many organizations invest in employee research, but stick to dashboards and reports. What is missing is the translation of data into targeted change. That's exactly where Deepler comes into play with the Customized Intervention Plan - a service that converts insights from Deepler studies into concrete, strategic interventions that really suit your organization.

Data as a starting point, not a destination

A Deepler study provides more than single scores. It brings out the underlying themes, makes bottlenecks visible per team or target group, and links experience to organizational goals. But that's only when it starts. Our consultants guide organizations in drawing up an intervention plan that starts from insights but ends with practical action: who does what, when, and why?

We work with a fixed structure that focuses on eight building blocks: organizational context, insights, interpretation, goal, interventions, ownership, assurance and impact. This creates not just an action plan, but a strategic change document that is supported by HR, management and employees.

Every organization is different - so is every plan

There is no universal recipe for organizational change. What works for a young scale-up does not work at a production company with shifts. That's why we always build the intervention plan tailored to you - based on culture, willingness to change and ambition. In doing so, we use the Collective Intelligence Model as a framework: what phase is the organization in, and what is needed to take the next step?

We take into account the complexity of behavior and culture: interventions can be organizational (such as restructuring), behavioral (such as leadership training), or communicative (such as feedback campaigns). Our role is to advise, structure and mobilise.

Hypothesis-driven work

A distinctive feature of the Deepler intervention plan is the hypothesis formation prior to the intervention. We formulate measurable assumptions about what the intervention should change. For example, “If we structure team meetings better, the sense of engagement increases by 15% within six months.” This makes it possible not only to act, but also to learn.

With the help of Deepler Tracks, these interventions can also be monitored, evaluated and adjusted. This way, you prevent improvement plans from disappearing into a drawer.

From plan to movement

The customized intervention plan is not a report - it is a roadmap. It connects people, goals and actions into a logical whole. By distributing ownership smartly and monitoring the rhythm of change, we ensure that the plan also works in practice.

Deepler consultants supports you from initial analysis to ensuring improvements. Strategic where necessary, practical where possible.
